Now, they’re no fans of anything too flashy, so my first thought was a little bow, them being elegant and fancy cats and all. Inspired by The Aristocats' main characters. I thought they would look perfect, and I would get to keep some very wholesome pictures for eternity. However, if you’re a cat parent, you might already know what actually happened. I am sorry to inform you that it did not work at all. Those pretty bows made it as far as the first picture, then they became a new destroyable toy. To this day, I have no idea where they have been hidden. Slowly, I’m starting to leave my hopes of sweet Halloween cat costumes behind.
Then, I remembered my sister is also a mom. A dog mom. Purrrfect, as my dog nephew is a fan of all types of costumes. What I mean is that he even gets excited on soccer match days, because he gets to wear his team t-shirt and look adorable. Plus, they’re actually celebrating Halloween at his dog school. So, clearly, there is an opportunity here. The opportunity for me to get him the most amazing, unmatchable Halloween ensemble.
